Return & Exchange

Returns Policy


You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

We will be happy to refund / exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition and in original, undamaged packaging with tags still in tact along with the invoice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund / exchange.

During the refund / exchange process the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in a damaged condition.

Returns can be made through either of these options:

1. Courier Service

Please contact us via our Contact Us Form on our website with all mandatory details (Name, Email, Telephone) & your Order Number & Reason for Return so that we can help you with your return. We will arrange for the courier to come collect the product you wish to return - free of charge if the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty. You will need to pay for the delivery of products that are returned for any other reasons. We will deduct the delivery charge from the refund.

2. Returning to our Stores

Handover the items to be returned to a sales person at our Rajagiriya or Bambalapitiya outlet along with the item & the original invoice & mention it is an online purchase.

Exchange Policy


Please contact us via our Contact Us form on our website with all mandatory details (Name, Email, Telephone) & your Order Number & Reason for Exchange so that we can help you with your exchange.

Please Note:
  • You will be able to exchange a product for a different size or colour
  • We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received.
  • You will need to deliver the product to us at your own cost, unless the good are incorrect, damaged or faulty. We will be able to arrange our courier to collect the item.
  • You will need to pay for delivery of the exchanged product, unless the good are incorrect, damaged or faulty. We will be able to arrange our courier to deliver the exchanged item.
  • We can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice.
  • Alternatively you can bring your item into our stores within 7 days of receipt to exchange the item.
  • We will be happy to exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition and in original, undamaged packaging with tags in tact along with the invoice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
  • We do not exchange underwear, swim wear, jewellery & accessories.
